Here’s how I see the collaboration unfolding. You’ll begin with a full technical and content audit of both sites, using the tools you trust—Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, whichever gets us the clearest picture. From that audit I expect a prioritized action list: what’s broken, what’s under-optimized, and what quick wins can move the needle fastest.
Next comes keyword refinement. I’ve got a rough idea of the terms we should own, but I need you to expand, cluster, and score them so our pages speak the exact language of our audience. On-page tweaks, internal-link strategy, schema, and speed fixes follow right after.
Once the organic foundations are steady, we’ll layer in Google Ads campaigns that echo the keyword plan and reinforce the messaging.
