set up, manage and optimize google AdWords with maximum extensions

I am looking for a google ads manager to set up, manage and optimize the service we are providing

- They must have the ability to understand our target market.
- Looking for an individual/team with experience only.
- Our manager has to also have good copywriting skills for our ad text ( this is very important).
- Has a good understanding of AdWords and analytics
- Be able to provide reports before the end of every week on the job completed and the total report for the month.
