ad retargeting

I'm looking for someone to help me with an ad retargeting campaign for lead generation for b2b service businesses. I want to limit the budget to less than $150ea campaign setup, and am looking to use either Facebook, Google, Linkdin, Instagram or Tiktok depending on the client so will need individual pricing for complete setup and introduction to tracking ie. pixel, etc . The goal of this campaign is to increase sales and build brand awareness by running an initial ad campaign for the first week-2week then retargeting the following week, converting and presenting leads during the entire process.
