paid ads on google and social media platforms

I'm looking for a freelancer to help me create and manage ongoing paid ads campaigns on both Google Ads and Facebook Ads. I have some general objectives in mind for the campaigns, but I'm looking for someone who is experienced in paid ad campaigns to help turn my ideas into successful campaigns. The goal of this project will be to create targeted campaigns that generate conversions and leads.
