optimize google ads campaign today

I'd like a google ads certified professional to work on optimization today. I do not need you to change ad copy or do keyword research. This is about optimizing settings, pausing non-performing ads and searches and activating the performing ones, setting demographics (you can see what age, sex, income, etc brackets have done well). We want to focus on those. Same for devices. Need about half done today and half tomorrow.

I would like 1 price for doing all this work and separate price for ongoing optimization work monthly.
