I need a google ads expert

My account was suspended on 29th Dec and has remained so ever since despite 2 appeals, 5 phone calls (to India) and 7 emails. I'm just not getting anywhere with it. I made a manual overpayment because the amount was getting high (£1500). They said that the reason for the suspension was that there was a suspicious payment made into my account but I explained on the appeal that it was me. I have just changed the payment method so hopefully this may correct the issue but failing that I will need some advice please.
