I need a Google Adwords Expert

Our company makes sales mostly with paid Facebook Ads. We would now want to dive into Google Ads. We are experiencing problems like "An error occurred, please try again later", when setting the budget, and cannot continue. What we want is:
- 1 Google Ads campaign
- Keyword research. We will provide some keywords and would like you to research more and find the top keywords for us.
- Information on how to keep running the ad, optimisation and when to change it or when to increase the budget - information on how to keep it going.
