I need a Google Ads expert

I’m a freelance photographer specialising in Wedding Photography and Portrait Photography and I cover my local area, up to 25 miles. I am on a limited budget, £80 - £90 per month for Google Ads but I am not getting any enquiries from Google, so I think I have not set up my Google ads correctly. I would like someone to look at what I have set up, I have four campaigns, to make sure I have done everything correctly, because I think maybe I have done something wrong.
