I need a Google AdWords expert

It's frustrating. We have almost no competitors for at lease one of our products, and it saves lives naturally (shown in many peer-reviewed studies.) Nevertheless, our conversions are low. Google sets up consultations with us but then never shows up. They are unavailable by phone. Our website is www.clearpassage.com. Our service is a hands-on physical therapy shown to reverse female infertility for women with blocked fallopian tubes, and to clear adhesions from blocked intestines - a life-threatening condition. People should be beating down our doors, but they're not engaging at the rate we want (and they did before).
