I have a mess with Google Ads and need someone to help to get my ads approved so I can start Google Ads PPC

I made a mess of my Google account(s) early on a few months ago. I got an email today from Google and I believe I am now eligible to advertise on Google Ads. I need help to get my previously rejected/denied ads, ad groups organized and ads running. I am very small biz, one person a locksmith. Completed Advanced Verification and have Local Services Ads running currently. There is a lot to it, I'd like to have someone help get it straightened out.....and stay with me to review my ads and create and maintain and change as necessary my ads.
