facebook and google shopping

we have couple of websites that were selling very good but for some reason we cant make any google and facebook accounts anymore. it keeps saying "You have been restricted from advertising
You can not run ads or manage ad accounts." so if you have any solution or can handle it and make us sell again well pay you monthly or a as much as you wish
