create and manage google ads for a new type of trailer hitch

We need someone to create ads that are acceptable to google and help us use the ads effectively. We want to target users and potential customers of certain trailer types and models as well as various key words that describe hitches, couplers, and trailers. Also need retargeting.
A new website is now being created to replace our 10-year-old www.locknroll.com.
