assist with Google Ads

have a Google Ads account. I don't think it is running as well as it should. I set up everything myself and it has been running for over 10 years. I wanted to hire someone to do my marketing including Google Ads, but a mate advised me to rather go thru you. I need someone to have a look at my Google Ads account - my campaign, Ad Groups, Keywords etc to make sure that everything is running properly. Make sure I am not duplicating Ad groups, using the correct keywords etc.
If this works to have someone who on a monthly basis goes through my Google Ads to make sure that all is ok.
