Specifically, I want to run an advert on YouTube when a visitors goes to a competitor site, it shows them the ad two weeks later? Is that possible?
Or perhaps, it shows an ad in week one, then week two and so on up to 4 weeks.
Let me explain, so we have a competitor who makes an offer on a property, then within two weeks they drop their price! So while a seller might sign up with them early on, later on they withdraw - and that's when I need to get them.
