Key tasks include:
- Complete channel review and audit
-Actionable recommendations and full implementation
-SEO optimisation for titles, descriptions, tags, and metadata
- Customised channel branding setup, including banner and profile image optimisation
- Homepage layout and playlist strategy to improve session time and click-through
- Basic support for ad targeting setup
Configuration of interactive features (cards, end screens, prompts)
- Video SEO: Optimize titles, descriptions, and tags.
- Playlists: Organize and create engaging playlists.

We're looking for an experienced YouTube strategist to complete a one-time setup and optimisation of our channel. The goal: a professional, algorithm-friendly presence that attracts subscribers, improves video performance, and supports ad campaign success.
You’ll ensure our channel is not only visually aligned with our brand but also technically configured for discoverability, engagement, and monetisation potential. We also need help setting up interactive elements like pop-ups (cards/end screens) and targeting the right market through ads.
Scope of Work:
Initially a one- off project
Ideal Candidate:
Proven track record managing or optimising successful YouTube channels - understanding bridal and the emotion around wedding gown buying and understands Gen Z
Strong knowledge of YouTube SEO, thumbnails, hooks, and viewer retention tactics
Confident in YouTube Studio and Google Ads integrations
Able to complete the project within 1–2 weeks Pay in Australian Dollars - must be Australian based
Open to a brief consultation call post-setup for handover and training
