Want Google Ads Specialist to work on Results-based fee

Hello,
We are looking for a Google Ads Specialist on an urgent basis who will work on Results-based fee.

Skills Required:
1) Minimum 1-Year of experience as Google Ad Manager.
2) Have expertise in Google Merchant Center Account & Google Ads Account (Shopping Campaign).
3) Must manage and optimize all PPC campaigns to give the best ROI.
4) Create Ads, Set and Optimize Costs and Bids.
5) Setup Google Analytics.
6) Setup Google Tag Manager for tagging (conversions and event tracking to Google Analytics).
7) Setup Google Ads Remarketing.

Terms:
1) No hourly, daily, or monthly salary will be paid, Google Ads Specialist gets a straight whopping 20% commission of all the sales done through his/her Google Ads.
2) Google Ads Specialist has to use his own Google Ads account and his own money to run our ads. Google Ads Specialist will get re-paid all the Google Ads credit which was used to run the campaign, this payment will be re-paid to the Google Ads manager on weekly basis (every Sunday).
