Vietnamese Digital Marketing

I am looking for someone to run digital marketing (all areas) with me for my friends company which a company in Vietnam based in HCMC. I am looking to probably hire several people with different skillsets.

You would be working with me (20+yrs experience in the DM but 0 in Vietnam)
