Targeted AdWords for Local Website Traffic

I'm seeking a skilled professional to create and manage a highly tailored and professional AdWords campaign. I have attached a word document that details where we need to start. I need someone with clear communication and an excellent understanding of google advertising. This is the start of a new campaign. We want this campaign to grow.

We expect 15 hours the first week to set up the campaign. Then 10 hours a week to maintain.
You will need to show a clear understanding or our goals and explain to us how you would execute this

Key Requirements:

Your main responsibilities for this project will include:

- Monitoring and optimizing the campaign to ensure maximum ROI
