Someone to set up PPC campaign on Google, including conversion tracking etc.

I have set up other services where I've initially just done this myself, however, I would rather someone sets this up for me this time. I've recently set up an agency offering whiteboard and 2d animation videos to small and medium businesses. I have already written the ads (although happy for your thoughts on those) and am now looking for someone to help get the campaign up and running. I need someone who understands the US market.
