Setup google ad camping for one page - possible continuing jobs

I am looking for someone with great Google AdWords skills to set up a one page products for me. I have a few small pieces of code or plug-ins that I am trying to create a good campaign for whoever is doing this job must do the research to find the related keywords and create a solid campaign. That does not make me lose money on click but rather convert.

If this campaign goes well, I have other pages that I will need Ads for.
