Setup and Maintenance of Google Ads and Amazon Ads Campaigns

I am looking for a digital advertising expert to set up and maintain campaigns on Google Ads and Amazon Ads. The primary goal is to increase the visibility and sales of my book. Priority will be given to Google Ads, but I am also interested in exploring Amazon Ads if the budget allows. Ideally, the freelancer should have prior experience in keyword optimization, initial setup, and ongoing management of advertising campaigns.
