Setup Google Business Email for Duo

I am looking for a professional to set up a Google Business account with an email ID that will be used by two different people in two different locations.
Requirements:
- The same email ID will be shared and used by both individuals.
- Configuration assistance for both mobile and laptop is needed, with a specific focus on the Outlook option for seamless integration.
- Both users should be able to access and use the email from their respective devices.
