Setup Google Analytics 4 to track sales and traffic

We need to setup google analytics (GA) 4 as universal analytics.
Main purpose of GA4 will be to track sales and traffic.
1. We promote our products through various channels like emails, Facebook ads, google ads, Whatsapp notifications, SMS. We need to track sales by goal setups for these channels.
2. We should be able to analyze traffic by different parameters like source, demographics, geographics, devices, interests, behavious etc. This will allow us to run remarketing campaigns through google ads and facebook ads.
