Setup Google Analytics

I'm looking for a digital expert to help me set up my current Google marketing platform, which has recently been relocated and requires a thorough review and setup for 16 properties (websites) in my Google Marketing Platform in accordance with best practises. This should include Analytics, Data Studio, Optimize, Tag Manager, and Adwords link should all be included in the setup. There is about a half-worth day's of work in all. There is no need to put anything in place. Work in accordance with our checklist and any guidance you can provide. Ideally someone that can start immediately.
