Setting up of email campaign -- 2

Hi, We are a software development and digital marketing firm. We need to run google adwords for our client who is into e-Learning (Education Technology). We have run many adwords campaigns before but currently all our resources are busy thats why we need external help. We have a list of keywords that are related to elearning which might useful. What we need is
1. Do proper keyword research and find out the best keywords
2. Set up google adwords accoun and setup search and display ads both. Need to make ads effective considering the quality score and all..
