Set up Google Adwords Campaigns

I am looking for someone to set up Google Adword campaigns for 2 new clients. I can provide further details on these and then we can finalize the project price.

We also have 9 existing clients. In addition to creating the new campaigns, I am looking for someone to manage all of the campaigns. I do not expect this to be a lot of work. Just review the results on a monthly basis and make any necessary adjustments.
