Freelance Email Marketing Specialist (Klaviyo) – eCommerce | Anime & Collectibles

We’re Mr Collectable, a small family-run eCommerce business based in Australia, passionate about anime figures, plushies, trading cards, and Japanese imports. As our community of collectors grows, we’re looking for a talented freelance email marketing specialist to help us level up our Klaviyo email campaigns.

We’re after someone who can create impactful email content and graphics that convert browsers into buyers and keep our loyal customers coming back.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Audit and optimise our existing Klaviyo flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, etc.)

Create and schedule compelling promotional campaign emails that align with product drops and sales

Write engaging newsletters that keep our audience informed and excited

Design eye-catching email graphics and banners based on our product catalogue (images provided)

Segment and target different customer groups for higher engagement and ROI

Track performance and adjust campaigns based on analytics and insights


What We’re Looking For:

Experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms

Strong copywriting skills, especially for eCommerce and product-based emails

Ability to design professional and on-brand graphics for email use

Understanding of audience segmentation and email strategy

Bonus if you’re familiar with anime, gaming, or collector communities!
