SEA analysis and implementation

Our company is looking for outside help for our google AD account:
1. Make an analysis what can be improved (CPC costs, ad rank etc.)
2. Discuss the results of the analysis and make a plan.
3. Implement the changes.
Our language is in Dutch but we can have the work in English. I think a lot can be done with translate and or assitence of myself when things have to be translated.
