Run & Setup Google AdWords campaign for local IT business

Like to reach the market and expand my current customer base within my local niche market.
I currently have a website which I have built and are currently still building.
Would like to get further customers to website and increase sales and have people call for IT support and solutions.
We are a managed service provider and will like to ensure we help support and manage small business' in the Western Sydney area.
I have a list of areas I will like to mainly target.
