Rework my Google Ads Campaigns for 1 App in Google Playstore and Apple Appstore

I am really bad at setting campaigns right in Google Ads for my App which i have on google playstore and apple app store. I run these ads already for years but they seem to be setup very badly. I am looking for someone who can roughly review and improve all the settings as a one time effort. If you are good at Google ads I think you will very fast find improvement potential :-D As I am not earning much with these apps I am looking just for a quick help at the moment. If the improvements work i will be able to afford more later.
Objective of my campaign is to get more subscriptions for the in app purchase of the full version of the app.
