Review, profile set up google my business elp, ADS

I'm looking for an experienced freelancer to help me set up and review a Google My Business account, as well as create both search and display ads. I already have a GMB account set up, but need help with one-time setup of the ads. I'm looking for someone to review the account and make sure all the necessary details are correct and up to date. Additionally, I need someone to create both search and display ads as part of the one-time setup. This could include text-based ads, images, and videos. Finally, the freelancer should help me optimize the ads by leveraging platforms such as Google Adwords and other ad networks. With this project I am looking for a one-time setup, so I'm not asking for ongoing ad management.
