Review and fix two Google Ads accounts

Hi,
there are two Google accounts for one company.
We've got Remarketing lists disabled under Customer Match policy.
Then there are some ads which are non-compliant or limited.
The accounts are in foreign language.
Both accounts are used on same domain, but different URLS.
Both accounts are operational for more than 5 years.
1. You will need to audit account health.
2. You will need to configure account to comply current quality policies.
3. You will need to make that we could use existing remarketing audiences or create new, better remarketing audiences which would comply current quality policies if it's not possible to use previous setup.
4. You will need to optimize current goals and campaigns structure.
5. You will need to create two advanced campaigns for each account.
6. If you will have any additional findings, we will discuss that further.
Basically clean-up and optimize both accounts.
You must be competent to take the job.
