Review and fix issues with Facebook & Google Shopping remarketing campaigns

We have remarketing campaigns set up on Facebook and Google but neither are generating results or many impressions. We believe that there may be issues with the pixel and analytics due to recently moving to a new website. We would like someone who knows more about this than we do to check our setup, fix any issues and make recommendations about how we can run better ecommerce campaigns in the future.
