Promote Accounting Course (Ind AS / IFRS Course) to Chartered Accountants and Other Target Audiences

I need an marketing specialist who can effectively promote my accounting course (IFRS / Ind AS Course) to the Chartered Accountants (in practice and in jobs), Accounting and tax freelancers, Students and other Accounting professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement search engine optimization techniques to enhance visibility in searches related to accounting courses.
- Run Ad campaign on LinkedIn, Google and Instagram.
The main goal of this project is to significantly increase course enrollments.
Ad viewers will be asked to fill up a short form (something like a google form). The freelancer need to create a page where the ad viewer can click and fill the form with their contact details.
The ideal person for the job would have prior experience in marketing educational courses, an understanding of the accounting sector, and a strong grip on the art of engaging audiences through social media and leveraging SEO.
The total Ad budget is not too much. May be around 20$ to start with.
