Professional google Adwords for 4 brands - SET UP ONLY

I am currently short-staffed and need assistance for Google AdWords campaigns to be built. Brands include multiple universities, so research on each brand's programme offering is essential. Please include a separate ad group for each match type (Broad, Phrase & Exact). UTM Tags are required as well as a visualisation funnel

I have all copy needed and display banners.
I require these ads to go live within the next 12 hours.
Objectives for each brand are Leads & Website traffic
