PPC google ad campaign

I'm looking to hire a freelancer to help me create and run a PPC campaign on Google Ads. The type of campaign I'm looking for is a search ad and I already have an idea of what I want it to look like. I need someone to bring my vision to life and make sure the campaign is optimized so it can reach its goal. The campaign is meant to be short-term and should run for 1-3 months.
