PPC Specialist

I am looking for someone who understands PPC. if you have used Bing Ads only then apply. I have the sheets ready with campaigns. you just need to import and run the campaigns. All the settings are there like locations, bids etc.
We will pay the cost of running ads plus for time spent on managing the campaigns.
Further details will be discussed later.
