PPC Intern/Freelancer (Google + Facebook)

I am looking for a PPC Intern/Freelancer who can help me with advertising on Google and Facebook. My primary goal for these PPC campaigns is to increase sales or conversions. I am open to suggestions for keywords and target audience.
