PPC - Ad Express to AdWords

I am looking to make the transition from my current advertising platform (Google AdWords) to an Ad Express to AdWords conversion. I need help from someone with the knowledge and experience to ensure the transition from Ad Express to AdWords will run smoothly. Furthermore, I do not need to worry about conversion tracking optimization for this project. I do, however require assistance with keyword research as part of the transition process.
