PPC Expert needed

We are looking to run a test campaign and need the assistance of an expert Ad Manager to help with all phases of the campaign from the initial strategy, setting up thr campaign and the ongoing optimization.

* Must have a proven track record and be certified.
* Must know all channels of online advertising including Adwords (Youtube), Facebook, LinkedIn, Omni Channel Remarketing
* Must know how to set up and manage Google Analytics and Tag Manager
