I run a merchandise store including clothing and prints brand. I want to get a quote for a marketing plan as well as the setup and running of google ads and possibly social media ads.

Offline Turnover - €0
Online Turnover - 2021 = €24,000 / Year to date = €5,400
Current Platform - Shopify
Platform Conversion Rate - 2021 = 2.31% / year to date = 1.76%
Current Platform Agency - None
Platform Costs (Per Month) - €40 Shopify & €60 Mail Chimp = €100 total
Current Marketing Channels - Google Ads
Marketing Costs - 2021 = €300 / year to date = €240
Current Challenges - lack of knowledge with google shopping ads, I have set them up but don't know how to track, optimize and retarget. My website is running slow at 32% according to Shopify so I would like to improve this if possible. My main challenge is a huge increase in competition in recent years, I have a strong social presence on Instagram and would be considered one of the 'top' players in my niche but I am worried that if I don't start a strong marketing campaign I will get left behind, approx 80-90% of my sales to date have been organic so I feel like I am leaving a lot on the table.
Growth Aspirations for the next 12 months - to double annual turnover for the year to €48,000
