Negotiator to Influencer/Tiktoker/Youtuber/Brand Manager

I need someone whom can reach out and negotiate to influencers whom has more than 2 million followers to endorse our app out of free will.
The influencers must frequently uses paid ads (PPC).

Because basically just think the app like instagram, but it has free PPC. A create post feature where you can post based on target audience for free. While many people are paying millions of dollars on it here we can give it for everyone for free.
So many influencers endorsed chatGPT out of free will. It's why we believe there should be huge possibility that they will do the same for our app. If you succeeded in making one of them excited the same way as a solid proof for success in this project, then we'll hire you for long term.

3. How confidence are you to succeed in job 2's work ?

5. How would we know that if you have the skills and talent to successfully in getting those potential influencers ?
6. If you were the influencer, and you pays so much money on facebook ads or google ads, won't you be interested in endorsing an app which is has free post audience targeting feature ?
7. Do you ever use Facebook ads / Google ads your self ? if so, then should not you be excited ?
