Need someone to check & optimize ours online ads campaigns

I am looking for a specialist to check my adwords campaigns, facebook ads and pinterest ads
Currently we have set up campaigns on our different online activities with different objectives:
purchases
subscriptions

Our markets are French and English speaking
The objectives are to review the ads, optimize them, write a report so that my assistant and I can increase our best practices.

The need is quite urgent and we want to find a partner in the long term

Thank you
