Need google AdWords ranking expert

I am looking for a Google AdWords ranking expert to increase my website traffic. I have a specific target audience in mind and my monthly budget for AdWords is $500-$1000. The ideal candidate should have experience in optimizing AdWords campaigns for website traffic and be able to provide recommendations for targeting my specific audience. They should also be able to track and report on the success of the campaign and make adjustments as needed to improve results. Additional skills that would be a plus include experience with Google Analytics and landing page optimization.
