We Need Help Testing Conversions In Google DV360 Before Launching Campaign

We are working with a company that gives us very little access to anything including no access to Analytics or Tag Manager. We are looking for someone with experience in DV360 and floodlight tags to check to make sure that we have set up the conversion tracking correctly.
