Need Google Anlytics Set up to Track + Split Test

I am going to be running an ad campaign on Microsoft Bing Ads. I want to set up Google Analytics so I can split test different elements on the page.
(First I want to split test different versions of the sales video), then I want to split test different headlines etc.
So if you can set up Google Analyitcs, put together a very simple dashboard that I can use, and explain how to easily set up new tests, that would be great.
