Need a Google Ads Expert

We have an online shop and I have been doing the advertising myself but I am no expert and i often wonder if I am doing this the right way. Could use some help. Someone who can review my work and tell me if correct or not and make recommendations. I also have no idea how to link it all to Google Analytics. Could definitely use help setting that up and understanding how to read the results.
