Microsoft Ads & Bing Expert Needed

I have a problem with my ad in my microsoft ad campaign

I have 3 campaigns that i am running , and 1 of the campaigns is showing me another sitelinks of the other campaign for example

i am running one campaign called : consultingfirm.com but on the bing ads search it is showing me sitelinks
of shoes clothes and stuff from a diffrent campaign i even deleted the campaign in question that is showing me the sitelink but it is still the same problem
