Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Mautic specialist to optimize our marketing automation setup using Mautic 5.1, which is integrated with Magento 2.4. This role involves refining segments, designing effective email templates, and integrating social media platforms to enhance data capture and retargeting efforts.
I'm looking for an expert with experience in Mautic 5.1 to help me create and implement additional campaigns. The primary focus will be on generating leads through a mix of Email, SMS, and Social Media campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Finalize Segments and Campaigns:
- Complete the setup of segments, campaigns, stages, and points within Mautic to ensure all workflows are correctly configured and operational.
- Address issues with the current segmentation setup, such as ensuring that customers are correctly segmented by country (e.g., UK, India) based on their interactions.
2. Design and Execute Comprehensive Email, SMS, and Social Media Campaigns:
- Design and optimize HTML email templates that align with our marketing strategies and brand guidelines.
- Create and execute campaigns aimed at generating new leads and re-engaging lapsed customers.
- Utilize Mautic 5.1's capabilities to ensure campaigns are targeted, timely, and effective.
3. Integrate Social Media and Analytics:
- Connect social media platforms and advertising tools, including the integration of pixel data from Facebook and Google, to enable advanced tracking and retargeting capabilities.
- Ensure that all data flows correctly between Mautic, Magento, and the social media platforms to support targeted advertising and accurate performance tracking.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience with Mautic, specifically version 5.1, and hands-on experience with Magento 2.4 integration.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation, segmentation, and multi-channel campaign management, including email, SMS, and social media.
- Proficiency in HTML email template design and multi-channel lead generation strategies.
- Expertise in integrating Mautic with social media platforms and advertising tools, including Google and Facebook Pixel.
