In need of an experienced Google Ads professional to show me how to create a 'manual CPC' Google Ads campaign. Specifically, I need to see exactly how to setup the campaign so that it does not use the 'learning mode'/AI-based campaign types that Google Ads defaults to.
Importantly, this does NOT include or require any ad groups/keywords, ect., or anything else --- only show me how to setup in manual CPC mode so that learning mode is completely disabled - thats it, I have completed the rest of it already so about a 15 minute gig.
